Ninjas in Pyjamas have announced that they are releasing Love “Phzy” Smidebrand, Linus “LNZ” Holtang, and Anton “Sapec” Palmgren from its academy roster. According to NIP, the players are ready for the next stage in their careers.

Both LNZ and Phzy have experience playing in NIP’s main roster, as LNZ played the second half of last year with the team until he was removed following the PGL Stockholm Major, and Phzy had a four-month stand-in as he replaced Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz.

Sapec isn’t as known to the broader audience as the others, but the young Swede will join Jesper “jw” Wecksell and Robin “flusha” Ronnquist in their new Hellslayers project.

The players are being replaced by a new class of young, unknown, Scandinavian talent.
