Sources: AD carry Comp to join Rogue’s LEC squad for 2022

According to sources close to Jaxon, Markos “Comp” Stamkopoulos has reached a verbal agreement with Rogue to become their new AD Carry in the LEC. The player will be stepping in place of Steven “Hans sama” Liv, who is heading to Team Liquid according to Travis Gafford.

Comp played for Team Vitality in 2020 and 2021, participating in three splits for the organization. Although Vitality did not makthe playoffs during his time on the team, Comp performed well throughout his tenure.

Despite his good individual performance level, Comp was benched in May 2021 as Jus “Crownshot” Marusic joined the team, and he did not play in the LEC 2021 Summer split.

According to sources, Comp tried out for several LEC teams during the offseason. Ultimately, the 19yearold AD carry will return to the LEC wearing a Rogue jersey. His contract with Team Vitality ends on Nov. 15, 2021, and he is expected to sign with Rogue once the free agency period starts.
